Job description
Eldermans | Geerts is looking for two lawyers:

A lawyer corporate law. As one of the lawyers in the corporate law practice of Eldermans | Geerts keeps you busy with corporate issues, acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures within the healthcare sector.
A lawyer with the areas of employment law and procedural law. You deal with employment law in the broadest sense, including resolving labor disputes, employment law advice to care organizations and collective bargaining. In addition, you have affinity with conducting civil proceedings before court and court.

You work closely with a close-knit team of enthusiastic colleagues in an informal atmosphere. You mainly work for healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions. Eldermans | Geerts prefers to first look for harmonious solutions and only conduct proceedings if necessary.
Job requirements
For both positions candidates are sought who have between 3 and 9 years of process experience. For the position lawyer works council candidates are sought who have (legal) experience with acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures. For the position lawyer employment law, candidates are sought with litigation and extensive experience with employment law. Suitable candidates also recognize themselves in the following profile:

Eager to learn.
The ambition to continue to develop both legally and personally (following a specialization course is possible if it fits with your development).
You are socially skilled and have good communication skills both orally and in writing.
You are socially involved.
You have affinity with the healthcare sector and you are prepared to deepen your knowledge.
A collegial attitude that makes it pleasant to work together.
